Pricing questions
- Is there a per-vehicle fee?
- No. The $29/month is flat regardless of how many vehicles or drivers you manage. The only usage-based cost is the 1% application fee on rent you collect.
- What is the 1% application fee?
- When a driver's weekly rent is charged through Stripe, Rello OS takes a 1% application fee on that charge. Because you are the merchant of record, the rest goes directly to you — Rello OS never holds your funds.
- Are there setup or cancellation fees?
- No setup fee and no cancellation fee. The monthly plan is month-to-month.
- Do I need my own Stripe account?
- Yes — Rello OS connects to your Stripe Connect account so you remain the merchant of record for all rent collected.
